Laboratory Details
Our state-of-the-art laboratory boasts a dynamic, innovative, and highly skilled research team. To ensure the exceptional quality and consistency of our products, we have made substantial investments in various advanced testing instruments. Our laboratory routinely tests product samples at different stages of production to maintain stringent quality standards. We are equipped with dozens of major testing instruments, with a total value of about 30 million yuan. Among these, the Constant Temperature and Humidity Box YG751D-I is used to balance the physical and mechanical properties of textiles before testing. The Electronic Geotextile Strength Comprehensive Tester YT010S-5000 evaluates tensile, tearing, peeling, and other mechanical properties of geosynthetics used in transportation, water conservancy, tunneling, and construction industries. Additionally, we utilize specialized equipment for polyethylene, polypropylene, and polybutylene plastics to determine carbon black content through high-temperature nitrogen-protected decomposition. Our instruments are user-friendly, accurate, and highly automated. The Automatic Geotextile Thickness Tester Model YT060S measures the thickness of geosynthetics under different pressures and times, while the Geotextile Effective Aperture Tester YT030G determines the effective aperture using the dry sieve method. Our Full-Automatic Geosynthetics Vertical Permeability Meter YT020PC assesses the water permeability performance of geotextiles and composite geotextiles under a constant head.
